750 Gph Auto Bilge W/ Electro - Johnson Pump

I bought this to replace a similar Johnson/Mayfair bilge pump float switch combo that stopped working ( float switch). I tested the float mechanism before final installation which does work with physical movement of switch. The issue is that it doesn't work with water rise ( and will not shut off if physically moved to activate pump after water has been completely pumped out) ,the whole purpose of the switch. A complete waste of time and money. Terrible product. I should have paid attention bro reviews on other websites ( retail stores).
