Acrylic Coated Oval Table with Stainless Steel Side Mount - Garelick

Here I am asked to write a review of the product but I have yet to receive the product. Why? The product was back ordered missing the delivery date by more than 14 days. Originally promised for May 1st but back ordered till May 15th. I could not even track the product myself online. I had to call Customer Service to find out what the expected delivery date was. The issue is that the original ship-to was a facility who was to install the table. After May 11th the boat was being relocated hours from that facility. So, you had a 11 days past the original delivery date to still make the installer. Customer Service told me that they could not expedite it. What??? I managed a Customer Service department. That is exactly what the Customer Service department is meant to do. Since you could not expedite I requested the ship-to changed to my home address. Customer Service told me that he could not guarantee he could get the ship-to changed. What???? You guys miss the delivery date by more than 14 days and you cannot guarantee changing the ship-to. So, your Customer Service Rep to me he would try and let me know if he is successful changing the ship-to via an e-mail. Well guess what??? It was 6 days ago I spoke with your Customer Service Rep and I have yet to hear from him. What the heck is going on. You guys can't do anything right. Good table, as described

Product meets or exceeds my expectations! Leg is very sturdy and the finish is highly polished. Mounting bracket is well made and has a secure locking mechanism.
