The mounting plate from Moeller is standard marine mounting hole pattern. Wise makes their pedestals to accommodate standing mounting, so yes this should work.

I am curious . I see the same exact p/n on a different site and it reccomends purchasing a seat swivel as well . Your ad states that it has a locking 2-7/8 seat mount with 360 degree swivel . Does your swivel consist of the top of the adjusting pole and lock down with the knob? Does it have bearings inside so the metal does not fatigue ? Both descriptions are a bit vague . I am in need of purchasing 2 of these , but I would like to know what makes it swivel 360 degrees and locks it .?
A:
The knob and lever tightens and slides back and forth, and the locking mount is made with spider style handles that enables the swivel action. There are plastic bushings/sleeves that protect the metal.

That is correct. The swivel plate is included.

One last question , Do I require a seat plate to attach the seat to the top of the pedestal ? I am the one who asked if my Moeller HD helm seat that is "AD" rated would match up to the pedestal . I have gutted a boat completely due to it sitting in the weather for 6 years uncovered , and I am getting to the point of the intricate items and seat mounting , and I just want to be sure I have everything I need . No, not for the time being. According to our files and based on your situation, you do not need a seat plate.

Yes. This accepts the 5-1/4" bolt pattern.
