I'm using it as a mooring marker in Cape Cod bay. It's strong and thick enough and keeps it's pressure. Also I can it from pretty far coming back. So far so good.

these weren't in the original packaging. they won't hold the air when trying fully inflated. I loose a few pounds putting the plug in after filling it up. I don't think it's designed like that. I wouldn't buy another set..
