On Sierra Marine 18-2589 - Transmission Oil Cooler, are the oil inlets and return fittings 3/8 NPT?

Sierra confirms it is 1" inlet and 3/8" NPT on the return fittings.

18-2588 has a hose connection size of 1-1/4" and 18-2589 has a 1". 18-2588 also is 10" overall length, 18-2589 is 9".
