It is marble which is a gray color. Midnite is a blue. Yes the seat goes on a pedestal.

I have a 92 tracker the seat depth is 17" will the 20.75" fit?

Since we are an aftermarket store we do not have original information or original parts. If your depth is 17" and this is 20.75" then it might not work. You will need to know what measurements you can fit in to use our seats. All of our seats have measurements listed on the site.
