Stainless Steel Toggler

Ordered 6 of these and only needed 2. By the end of the job I was only able to use 1 because the other 5 plastic straps broke and fell into the bottom of the boat before I could get the bolt started on the toggle nut. Very expensive for something that is so fragile. DO NOT Recommend.

Where are the anchors

Package does not include the screws that fit into the toggler.
