I have an 1988 Checkmate Starflite in need of 2 3/8" seat posts/mounts. The stock original seat bases are still bolted in the boat. I'd rather not replace the original bases if possible. Will the Hi/Lo post/mount package fit in the original stock bases or will I need to replace the bases as well? Thanks!?
