Good Part But?

I agree fully with the last review. Overall a good part but the actual strap portion is not stainless steel and after on year it starts to pit . I have this mounted on my 17ft Boston Whaler and I did get some tank movement due to the rust on the buckle. I have called Moeller to let the know. I even said I would be willing to pay an small additional fee for SS. Hopefully we will see the change in the future. I can tell you they are a good company to deal with and I will continue to purchase from them

Works great, but not all stainless?

Although these work great, it looks like the hold-down brackets are not made of (quality) stainless steel, as mine started rusting within a year...
