I have a 1996 MARINER 175hp 2 stroke. I will be using it in salt water AND freshwater. What side mount anode is best for my application. Also I will be using a riveted aluminum boat. What anode should I use on the boat?

We are not technicians to be able to recommend what you should use for your aluminum boat. However, for engine anodes aluminum works for both. We can only confirm anodes based off serial number to your motor.

Is this a pair, or do I need to order two, one for each side?
