This is for the American Standard of 240-33 ohms.

Faria confirms that it uses standard stud connections on back, not a plug. You use ring terminals to connect to each stud on back.

By mounting bracket if you mean the back clamp yes that is provided with the gauge.

Will this Gauge fit a 1974 Sea Ray SRV 190...if not make a reccomendation please?

It is a universal gauge so as long as the style and size (2 inch gauge) works then you should be able to wire it for your boat.
