Mariner Switch Boxes

My 1985 90 hp Inline 6 Mercury would start up fine, idle fine and rev up fine with the water muff's on. Get it out on the water under a load and it would just bog down and not get on plane. After a few test I had one cylinder that wasn't firing. Changed the coil with no improvements, well next in line was the switch box. With Iboats help getting the right one, it was a easy change out and the motor is running like a new one with plenty of power. Delivery was quick.

Motor was dropping a cylinder. Narrowed it down to switch box. Iboats got me the right part quickly and got me running on all six again. Part was an exact fit for my 200 mercury.

I had no spark in cylinders 2,4,6 of my mercury inline six. I installed the new box and everything's fine.

I recieved the switch box with oil leaking ? I called sales before using explaing about the oil was refered to cust serv. Could not ask for better help from both sales or cust ser. but it took over 2 weeks to get resolved. in the mean time i got discouraged and went elswere.to purchase the box.Will i again purchase from iboats? not sure. The only thing that might is your sales and cust ser. witch was ZAK in sales and JAROM in cust ser. Thank you HANK

Price was good and shippping was just what I expected. The only issue was that Iboats states USPS Priority mail at 7-9 days. This is totally wrong and I got it in 3 days Iowa to Portland Or.

Exactly what I needed to get back on the water

This part was the best price with the best shipping and has performed flawlessly.. 50 dollars cheaper than other online dealers and 150 cheaper than local repair shops.. Ordered part one morning and received it the next scenting with the 2 dollar charge for second day air. Total shipping was 10 bucks while others wanted 19 for USPS standard

Yes I got the part and all worked great. The only complaint that I have is that I ask for it to be ship in three days and paid extra on the shipping to get it in three days. I did not get my part for five days.

Works fine, does not have metal backing to transfer heat away, wonder if this will affect its longevity.

AS STATED IN ANOTHER REVIEW ONLY 2 SCREWS LINE UP BUT IT IS STILL A SOLID MOUNT IT IS AS PICTURED MY OLD ONE HAD WIRE HOLDERS MOLDED IN SO ON THE NEW ONE I HAD TO USE WIRE TIES THE OLD ON WAS ONLY FIREING ONE PLUG I HAVEN'T HAD IT IN THE WATER YET BUT I DON'T EXPECT ANY PROBLEMS AS IT IS FIREING BOTH PLUGS NOW ......PS IT WAS AN EASY SWAP ....PSS IBOATS HAS BEEN FAST TO SHIP

new case design does not fit all mountings could only use 2 screws

Got the part in a short time, but found out that I actually needed a different one. Still waiting on a number to return it. Sent a request over a week ago and haven't heard back. Shipping was fast, but your customer service is not what I expected. They don't respond to their own responce forms.
