I just took down my 1975 198. I found that the port side elbow riser did not have a blocking plate and the starboard side does. Should both sides have the blocking plate?

Sierra does not have bolt hole dimensions unfortunately. It is only cross referenced by OEM number. OEM number for this package is 20-0082-P.

How long are the studs on this kit? I need the 9.56" length?
