good delivery time

The product is as expected..............very good, as good as OEM! Had a bit of a glitch getting the delivery once the parts arrived at the Canadian Customs Brokerage Service center five days later. An e-mail to me indicated one to two days to clear customs and then to be sent to me by Canada Post. After many phone calls to the service department at iBoats, it became very evident that they could not find out the parts delivery status. It took 14 days until I finally got an e-mail stating that Canada Post would deliver the parts that day. In total it took 19 days for the parts to be delivered to my door. I installed it the same day, ready to go on the water. If it hadn't been for the delivery issues, I would have rated with "five stars". This was my first not so good experience with ordering from iBoats. I will use their online ordering again.

The eshaust manifold arrived one day before the promised date and the product was as good if not better than to OEM manifold. 100% satisfied.

Very happy with product and fast delivery.

Sierra is not known as the best, but half the price of everything else. The kicker here was shipping. Twenty dollars for a hundred pounds of cast iron is unheard of. It arrived quickly and packed well, made in USA.

I was happy with this manifold this time. The only problem is make sure you order the right manifold, I ordered the wrong one the first time, the discription said it would fit, I put the side plates on then tried to put the manifold on the head and it did not fit so I sent it back and they said that they will not refund my money because the side plates were installed.

With most other companies selling the manifolds and gasket sets separately, this was a nice surprise. All gaskets, hose connectors and pipe plugs included. Was out of the box and installed in minutes. Great product. Highly recommended.
