Moeller 3, 6 & 9 Gallon Withdrawal Assembly
A marine fuel withdrawal assembly helps connect the components of the tank to the tank shell. This assembly replaces numerous smaller parts used for the same purpose, reducing the chances of system failure. The Moeller Withdrawal Assembly decreases the chances of shearing forces such as falling, dropping, bumping and more from damaging the fuel tank.

Since the fuel line fitting is ultrasonically welded to tank, how do i replace internal tank fuel line?

The fuel line is actually threaded, not ultrasonically welded.

What size is the part that screws into the tank?

Moeller does not have that information. It is a replacement part for the Ultra 3 gallon and 6 gallon fuel tanks. That is what this part is called for.

You will have to contact Moeller. The fuel withdraw assembly for your tank is now discontinued.

Hi- This would work for a Moeller fuel tank that coupled with the correct connector works with the Mercury 90hp outboard engine you have. If you do not have the Moeller fuel tank it needs to be with the correct tank manufacturer to meet your demand. It is for the Ultra 3/6/6BOW/9GAS/12 Gallon low tanks. 20 gallon fuel tanks are typically below deck tanks that require a fuel sending unit to wire up to a fuel gauge. I have a Tempo tank F128 28 1/4 length 15 wide and 8 1/2 tall i need a withdrawal assembly for it the piece has float and all built into it and fuel line screw in conection.The conection is stripped out for fuel line to connect which assembly do i need.The 621003-10 or the 621004-10 or is the wrong ones for my tank?I think it is a 10 or 12 gal?
