Yes it will, just there is a Mercarb mounting gasket in this kit which will not work with your motor.

Well this is all marine grade. Technically not a lot of difference, but this is considered marine grade for water use. We can match it up by your boat if you need some assistance. Contact us at the number at the top of the page.

No this only fits the 229. Look at 18-1278 as it works with Chevy 262/4.3L - 1 piece rear seal.

No this fits a 4.1L Chevy. CHEVY L-6 250/4.1L (24 Bolt Pan Only).
