About Electric Fuel Sending Units
Universal electrical sending unit fits tanks from 6” to 28” when paired to the correct unit. This is constructed from marine grade internal aluminum that will not corrode or rust with ni-chrome wire winding coating to provide longer life in ethanol and other alcohol based fuels. It works in diesel or kerosene and is not recommend for usage in water.

The electric signal is from 240-33 ohm that are considered milliamps. Each unit comes complete with nitrile rubber based five hole gasket for an exact match to the industry standard flange. A grounding spade is located on top for an earth end ground. Screws are constructed from stainless steel with sealant on the bottom to help during installation.

As screws are torqued down sealant will squeeze from under the screw head letting you know it is close to providing a seal between the tank and sending unit flange. It is critical that you leak test your entire system before use. No exception! The universal application is from losing the flange and rotating it in 90 degree increments so the float arm does not interfere with tank wall or baffle.

Each swing arm may require some bending to form fit. This can be done by looking and comparing older unit as it is being removed and checking inside tank for obstructions. This sender comes with a limited lifetime warranty. Each unit is 100% inspected to avoid any claims of warranty before usage. Avoid crossing any wires that may short units out during installation.
