I'd like to get top bottom plates(top 13''on center bottom 9-1/2'' on center)?
A:
The 20022 is the top plate which is what this product is. It's 12-7/8" hole length. Bottom is 20032 which is 9-7/8" center.

Is the bottom plate, 20032, available for order - I'd like to order it at the same time I would order the 20022 top plate.?
