Why does this kit tell me that the gimbal will fit in my Volvo Penta SX drive, but when I search that part number it says the gimbal bearing is for a mercruser drive?
A:
It requires 18-2100 which is not for a Mercruiser. This kit is for Volvo Penta SX drives.
Q:
Will this fit a volvo penta sx outdrive # 3868388?
A:
This does work with outdrives, but we would need outdrive model number or serial number. That is the product number from Volvo that you gave us.
Q:
Will this fit a 275 outdrive?
A:
We do not have a transom seal kit for the 275 outdrive. The bellows kit is 18-2758. The gimbal bearing is part number 184765.

Does this work on a DP-SM?
A:
This is only for the SX drive. Sierra does not make a kit for the DP-SM.

Will this kit fit DP-C1?
A:
No this is for the SX drive. You will require different parts. If you need assistance finding these parts call us at 1-800-914-1123.
