    Great Outboard

    Excellent service from Iboats. The Honda is on my Marshall 18 catboat. I looked at a number of other outboards but settled on Honda for it's quality and reputation. It's perfect for the boat which has an 8 ft beam. It started right up and I couldn't believe how quiet it was. From ordering to shipping to using the motor...I would definitely recommend Iboats.

    I own two other Honda outboard motors, a 50 HP and a 20 HP that I have been pleased with and pushed me towards buying a Honda "kicker". The motor is a little heavier than some of the competition and a little pricier. I have used the motor less than 10 hours so far, but I have found the motor to be difficult to start. Like my other Hondas this motor seems to be cold natured and is very sensitive to the choke position. The engine would not idle when I first got it and required a slight adjustment to the idle adjustment screw. Hopefully the engine will start more easily when it is broken in, but at this point I am wondering if I might have been better off with a Yamaha or Suzuki motor.
