EZPrime gallon
by William from Louisville, Kentucky on July 05, 2017
This paint arrives extremely separated and requires 30 minutes or more to mix. This seems to be issue of primer only. One of my gallon cans was extremely dented. This left no space in can in order to stir paint. What a mess. Do not make mistake I did and accept a dented can. You wont be able to properly mix the paint back up. The product however is top notch. Good adhesion, fast drying, and sands easily.

Amazing!
by Denise from Chula Vista, California on September 20, 2016
After I received the primer I had to contact Pettit because it was one huge solid lump- I stirred for over an hour and made little progress. Turns out they told me it need to be brought to a shaker and have them shake for 15 minutes. They said all cans like this due to high amount of solids. So it's not an issue from buying at this site. After shaking it was perfect! Super thick like pancake batter. Self levels, I rolled it on with semi rough high quality roller and for areas I could roll I used a foam brush which worked a lot better than my pricey purdy brush believe it or not! Only places I got drips was where I slopped it on too thick, easy to fix if I caught it in time (within 10 min or less) my deck was badly crazed and after two coats you couldn't even tell anymore. I followed up with EZ Poxy two coats. For a 20 ft day sailer top deck I used 3/4 gallon primer for two coats. Pettit has a calculator you can use to figure out what you need. I followed all the directions on the Pettit website and am extremely please wth the results! Iboats had the absolute best price on this and it arrived in one day!

big lump inside
by Karen from Lake Orion, Michigan on July 14, 2016
Very unhappy. The paint had congeled in the bottom. Lump at least 1/3 of the can. Had to pay to get it shook up.

Best shipping ever and best product with best price
by James from Annandale, Virginia on January 06, 2016
This undercoat is the best I've ever used. It's heavy, fills great and drys in just the right amount of time to not delay proceeding with the work. I couldn't find a better price and was amazed at the shipping cost, next to nothing compared to others who want to charge high shipping and then a "hazardous material" shipping cost. Keep up the great work iboats!
