Evinrude Regulator Rectifiers

Got the product in record time , it was just what I needed to fix my problem with a tachometer that would start out working good and then quit when I went to the wide open throttle ! the old rectifier was breaking down . Thanks for your product now I can trust the tach. and charge my batteries ! Ps the price was awesome !!

Worked on 1982 evinrude 70 hp. The old one was leaking brown goo and ohmed out with a short. Put the new one in and measured voltage on the battery: boat not running with a full charge was 12.93vdc, boat RUNNING now reads up to 15vdc (the voltage creeps up as you apply throttle) -it's trickle charging the battery!

Easy to replace and worked as it should on 1983 Evinrude 70 HP

Rectifier Was just what I needed. VERY HAPPY WITH IBOATS.

Product was shipped and received promptly and very easily installed. My charging circuit is back amongst the living.

I wanted current boat owners to know that if your tach goes from 1000 rpm to 1500 rpm on a plane and then back to 0 rpm's , it is not your tach. I was misdiagnosed at a dealership and still had to pay labor...very costly for a mistake they made. You would think that a dealer would know better. Anyway it is your regulator rectifier that needs to replaced. It's ok to pay for something that is being done correctly. This eliminates back trips to the dealer.

The yellow wires can be installed in any order... makes for super easy installation. My motor charges great now. Idle is about 13 volts, driving down the lake it's 14.5 of higher... charges so well i am thinking of installing an isolator to charge my trolling motor battery with it between fishing spots.

Put it on and it works. It was a perfect fit.
