Fluid/Oil Extractor, 7 Liter - Trac Outdoor Products

The extractor is a fairly well built unit. But very slow at its extraction process. Took me about an hour to extract 4 quarts. No instructions are provided. So maybe I was using it wrong, but it didn't work exactly like I thought it would. The pump doesn't actually 'pump'. It creates a vacuum inside the container which pulls out the oil. I would get a really good vacuum on it, then it dissipates within a few mins. So you have to babysit it to keep a good vacuum to keep the oil moving. Also, it does not have a molded area in the container to snap in the pump for storage. Description is wrong. But at the end of the day - it did extract all my oil and made for an easy clean oil change on my boat.

i am unhappy with the purchase. I've been a boater for years and have used several types of dipstick oil extractors, but this one never worked well. I thought I might be missing some small operational detail but there were no directions and so I went online to confirm that I was doing everything right. It took an hour to extract most of the oil (I gave up on getting it all out). I didn't save the box but would like to return it if possible. Thanks.
