Manual CMC Power-Lift Jack Plate, 5-1/2" Setback
Made of 6061 T6 extruded aluminum alloy and fastened with stainless steel fasteners. It utilizes an all thread stainless steel screw centrally located for uniform lift and positive alignment. The motor bracket moves up and down on the transom bracket by use of rollers matched from aluminum-bronze alloy (same as hydraulic CMC Power-Lift). There is 5" of verticle adjustment, with 5-1/2" set back from transom. Designed to fit any standard motor up thru V-6, 300HP without drilling holes or making modifications. The Power-Lift provides the added convenience of adjusting from the top or the bottom.

Will it work for a 2004 Yamaha 300 hp?
A:
CMC #65012 will be an excellent application for recreational use for your Yamaha, however if you have a racing application CMC recommends #65512 available only through CMC Marine.

I just installed a Minn Kota Talon and need a bolt that is 1/2" longer than the original bolt do you sell those ?

Designed to fit any standard motor up thru V-6, 300HP without drilling holes or making modifications. However, getting the proper set back requires checking with a technician to verify. I have a 150hp Force w/inline 5 cylinder and a 25" shaft. Will this one work and what do I need with a setback?

This will work for your engine and the manufacturer could not confirm what set back that you would need without the year of the engine. They also stated that if it is older than a 1993 then it might not have the standard hole pattern so you would need to drill some holes yourself.

I need 5" of vehicle lift on a 2002 Suzuki DF 140 25 " shaft. Does the jack plate provide me with 5" of raise on the adapter plate alone or is that a combination of plate height bolt hole adjustment height on the plate and motor?

Manufacturer confirms it is on the adapter plate alone.
Q:
Does this have a quik release in case you on water and need to raise engine over log or something?

Can I lower my motor below the transom with this?

No there is only 5" vertical adjustment.

Would this be feasible to use with a 25hp tiller for shallow rivers ? If not, recommendations ?

I have a Yamaha 175 on the boat transom mounted with a 25" shaft and bought a Yamaha 300 with a 30" shaft and both with Hydrolic steering. Will this raise the 300 up the 5" I need and still allow for me to tilt the motor up with the trim and tilt?

CMC confirms that as long as your motor is 2008 and newer it will work for your 300 HP just fine.
