Faceplate is the bottom left part in the picture. 18-2566 is the part number for it.

It is an impeller kit, so it is a repair kit mainly for the impeller. You may want to do a search for a complete water pump kit. However, the main component in any water pump assembly that needs repair/service is the impeller, so this may work for your purposes.

The D just indicates the packaging, all parts contained in kit are the same.

There are no results with that serial number. Mercury serial numbers typically a letter, ex: 0B275667. Assuming that's what it is then you need part number 18-2375.

This goes to a Force 120 1995-1999. We don't pull up any records of the Force 120 after 1999. You will need to contact Mercury.

The zinc anode is for salt water use. You will want part # 18-6241 or part # CM31640M. These are magnesium and are for fresh water use.

My new prop is a 1/4 inch to far up the prop shaft. The old prop had no spacer, does this washer make the new prop fit right or do I have the wrong prop?

These tab washers are for keeping prop nut secure. These do not act as spacers or anything. You will need to contact us with your motor and prop number you have for us to look into a possible issue. Call us at the number at the top of the page.
