2-1/4" Stroke Extreme Duty Actuator W/6' Cable - 101 XD Series-Lenco

Purchased 2 lenco actuators , scheduled to have my boat pulled out of water for a fee and had a mechanic ready to go. Only to find the hardware was different in each box. Called iboats and they said they would get right back to me and they never did. I had to call lenco directly and they could not over nite me the correct hardware so had to wait a week. It cost me money to canceled boat pull and mechanic and had to rescheduled for another time .

Purchased 2 lenco actuators and while the same model they had different hardware in each box. Called iboats, explained the problem and person who answered said they would check into the problem and call me back. They never called back . Since I had my boat scheduled to be pulled out of the water ( 30 ft boat) and had the mechanic scheduled to put them in I needed and answer asap so I called lenco directly and they sent me the missing correct hardware 5 days later . Took a day off work too . Needless to say my plans to have them put in all had to be rescheduled and I had to cancellation fee for the boat to be pulled. Need I say more?
