Power pack lasted 5hrs and left me stranded

Very dissatisfied with the sierra product. However, the staff at iboats was nothing short of perfect. they shipped a new one over night. Very helpful kind people. They raise the bar in customer satisfaction! Very rare in today's market. I'll continue to use them
