1953-1954 Evinrude Outboard Service Manual BU_15012_53 - Ken Cook Co.

I am in the process of restoring a 1953 Evinrude outboard motor. It has been exceedingly difficult finding specific information related to this motor. I had found, and purchased several manuals pertaining to generic outboards, but could not find anything promoted as specific instructions for this engine until I saw the listing on iboats for a manual produced by Ken Cook. Since it indicated that it was for my exact model engine (1953-1954 Evinrude Outboard Service Manual BU_15012_53), I ordered the publication from you. When I received the publication, I was extremely disappointed to find that it was not a service manual for my model engine, but was simply another generic outboard service manual. I could not find a single instruction, or illustration that was for a 1953 Evinrude (15012). As a matter of fact, I had purchased a DVD online (for 1/10th the cost) that contained the exact same generic publication. Quite frankly, I feel I have been scammed. I sent an email to the publisher to see if they had perhaps sent me the wrong publication. I have not received a response. Ron Hunt
