Uflex confirmed that the hub is not removable. It is molded into the steering wheel.

How do you install this wheel exactly?
A:
Easy installation. You just remove the cap that is held on by tension and put onto shaft and tighten down nut then put cap back on. If you have further questions contact us at the number at the top of the page.
