Works ok
by Brian from Woodland Hills, Utah on November 26, 2019
Doesn't fit my 23' deck boat as well as expected. I had to remove the walk-through windshield section to have room for the post. I added a second post aft of it for a vent so I think it will work OK.

Works well
by Brian from Woodland Hills, Utah on November 21, 2019
The front strap was not long enough on my 23' deck boat and I had to remove my pass through windshield for the post but I added a second post for a vent so it worked well in the end.

Boat cover support system
by Susan from St Charles, Missouri on November 03, 2019
The boat cover support system is easy to set up. Looks like cover is supported well. Just put it to use, so hoping it does the job well.

Works but....
by Forrest from Greenwood, Indiana on June 29, 2017
The structure works well to keep rain flowing off the cover, however the button connection between the pole and the reinforced fabric broke within the first few uses. The pole will still stay under the fabric but the fastener is useless.

Boat Cover Support System
by Daryll from Fremont, New Hampshire on June 21, 2017
Very Easy to use. I suggest a Velcro strap for storing the lengths of straps when not in use to prevent tangles and snagging when not in use.

Nice cover, but the reinforced areas don't line up.
by William from Springfield, Georgia on July 07, 2016
The reinforced areas for the mirrors and the Aft corners do not line up/cover where they are intended to.

Bow strap short (at least by 10 feet) for 20 ft boat.
by Adrian from Kenner, Louisiana on February 13, 2016
Used this system for about 10 years. 1" webbing finally deteriorated, so ordered another complete set, including pole. Bow strap is around 10 to 15 feet shorter than the original. Had to add another piece of 1" webbing to make the connection. The two stern cleat straps are definitely longer that the original. Thinking strap needed for bow went to stern connections. New support pole has better telescope latch - a screw. Original used a friction clamp, which wore out in a year. I use another style pole at the bow to assist with water run off, since my 20 ft boat has a high bow rail. Still like the system, overall.

Does what it claims
by Rebecca from Reston, Virginia on August 25, 2015
We use this on a little 17' 6" Sea Ray, and it works as advertised. That said, the plastic buckles seem a little weak. We'll see if they stand the test of time.

Support too short
by Charles from Norfolk, Virginia on September 24, 2013
This support looks taller on the website than it is. This support is not tall enough to improve rain runoff for Four Winns Sundowner.

not much support
by Kurt from Wilmington, North Carolina on June 28, 2013
The straps slip even when put on according to directions, then water pools on cover then it leaks into the boat. In the back where the pole is seems to work. The front is a disaster. It seems there should be some additional clips of some kind to keep the straps tight. We have put a second pole on the from and are trying that.

Boat cover support system

Not as robust as I thought it would be. Should be ok for rain, when the snow kicks in it will need a little help.

Great theory
by John from Johnson City, Tennessee on October 07, 2012
Product for a 16' boat does not have enough secondary support to hold the boat cover securely. If a foot of wet snow sat on this system I feel it wouldn't hold.

Takes a little time to get it set up right, but it keeps the sag out of the cover so you do not get the puddles from sagging.

I am very pleased with this support system. Before using it, my cover would sag down and collect a ton of rain. With this, the rain just runs off with no problem.

Just One Problem
by Norman from Littleton, Colorado on July 19, 2011
We're very happy with the new boat cover for the most part. The one thing we don't understand is the cutout for the motors. We're finding that whether the motor is raised up or down it is difficult to fit the cover around it. We ordered the cover to fit an outboard, can it possibly be meant for an inboard?
