Does this seat have a "pin" to fit pedestal base?
A:
No it does not come with a seat mount. You will need to order that separately.

Does seat swevil?
A:
It is not the seat that makes it swivel. It is the seat swivel mount that you mount the seat to. You will want a pedestal kit that allows you to swivel. Most the 3/4" pin pedestals will swivel and work pretty good for this type of seat.
