installed the new limit and sender. limit switch worked great till the 3rd time out gasket leaked and was full of water. the sender is a little jumpy on the resistance so lets you know down, middle, and up not real accurate. also found water in the sender guess better than nothing

Replaced OEM on a 87 Alpha One with these because the OEM sender stopped working and now I have my trim gage back. You may want to think about replacing the bellows at the same time as these since it all needs to come apart before you can access the 2 bolts required for replacing.

A:

It depends more on the type of engine that you have than the type of boat that you have. This kit seems to be primarily for Mercruiser applications.
