What is the length and diameter of the pin?

The length of the pin is 1-1/4". Unfortunately, the manufacture does not have the diameter dimensions available.

Why the difference in on the pins don't see any difference in them?

Not sure what you are asking here. Sometimes differences in same parts could just be we ship both from manufacturer and have them stock at one of our warehouses.
