Nice quality and extremely weatherproof Travels nice

The Prism is a nice quality product. Trailered my Tracker ProGuide 175 Combo for 300 miles this weekend at 80 MPH with no issues. Reinforced in all the right areas. Been raining buckets in Colorado this past month and kept Boat perfectly dry. Would have given 5 star but fit on front starboard Trolling motor could be tighter. They fit for the largest possible trolling motor. Motor cover on my 115 Mercury Optimax is perfect and matches Prism cover material. You can't go wrong at the price and quality.

Need to send instructions

When unpacked the boat cover I as pleased and impressed with the look and quality of the product. It is much thicker and nicer than the one I replaced . It was a bit disappointing to find that there were no instructions of any kind packaged with the cover. This sounds simple, but without instructions we do not know why we received what appear to be 2 outboard motor covers. We installed the cover as we thought best and then found that we had several points on the boat where the tie down straps were not long enough to secure them to the trailer. Also, when we put the cover on the first time we discovered that there were two more tie down loops on the cover than there was tie down straps. My wife is a decent seamstress and bought material and clips to make the longer straps and to reach the longer tie down points. The cover looks nice and does a great job of protecting my boat from the weather. It just would have been nice to have all the straps and have straps that were sufficiently long.

Custom boat covers (including Odd-Lots, Liquidations, Closeouts, and In-Stock Specials) are non-returnable unless an error was made by iboats.com or by the boat cover manufacturer. If an error was made by iboats.com or the boat cover manufacturer, the cover must be returned in clean and resalable condition otherwise the return will be denied.

Please make sure you select the correct make, model, year or style and length of your boat before ordering. After all, we want you to be satisfied with your order so you'll return again and again as an iboats.com customer, and to also recommend us to your boating friends.

Please note that each boat cover manufacturer may have additional requirements concerning product returns or warranty claims, including but not limited to: restocking fees, shipping fees, or product order change fees.

Because boat covers are "made-to-order", there will be a $25-$50 fee for any boat cover order cancellation after 1 business day of purchase, as the cover has already gone into production.

Warranty Policy

30 days after the purchase date, the manufacturer of the product(s) will need to be contacted for a warranty claim.

Returns for Canadian Customers

Canadian customers, please be careful when placing your order; iboats.com does not accept any return merchandise on Canadian orders unless the merchandise you received was defective, damaged, or an error was made by iboats.com. In such cases, please contact iboats.com Customer Service within 30 days of the original shipping date for a return authorization number. Returned items that do not have a RA # will not be accepted.
