Kit did not contain the correct size

The kit contained a thrust washer, plain washer, castle nut, and cotter pin. The thrust washer fit the shaft, but the plain washer and castle nut were undersized. The Castle nut should have been 14mm but was smaller. I did find the correct castle nut on e-bay. RTP
