Where is the Kit?

Called customer service on June 30. Waited for 3 hours to get return call. Customer representative (Ext. 164) said it had been shipped under a different tracking number. I asked her to email the new tracking number, she confirmed she sent it. It must be like the hardware kit, it is lost. I have always had excellent service from Iboat, but it has gone from excellent to the worst. I cant understand why the kit could not have been included in the shipping box with the prop.

Great Business

I'm very satisfied with all my dealings with iboats. I purchase a lot of things online and the shipping and the way my items were packaged was by far better than anyone else that I've ever dealt with and I just recently made another purchase for an onboard battery charger. All of my online purchases for boat supplies will definitely be done thru iboats. Thank you.
