Suzuki 17400-92820 Maintenance Kit, DF115A/140A

In the picture of the parts contained in the kit a complete fuel filter is clearly visible. The kit I received contains the fuel filter element, not the complete fuel filter. There is a $112.00 difference in the price of the two parts. Receiving the fuel filter element instead of the complete fuel filter makes the kit a bad purchase. The individual parts (using iBoats pricing) contained in the kit I received can be purchased for around $97.00 LESS than this kit! Not a good deal - for the customer. Additionally, it took several days for iBoats to reply to my emailed questions regarding this discrepancy. Then the reply was to return for a refund with no stocking fee. This sounds reasonable, but I have already paid for shipping the deceptively depicted kit to me. I ask only for the parts, as depicted on iBoats' website to be included in the kit.
